H.R. 1456: Marijuana Justice Act of 2019

The Marijuana Justice Act would legalize marijuana on a federal level; thereby, the passing of this bill by the U.S. Senate would banish the marijuana prohibition among many other things, and make marijuana legal nationwide. A single marijuana charge in Alabama can set up a domino effect for an arrestee, essentially causing irreprehensible damage and moral degradation for the rest of his or her life.
